Awards

This committee will research what the bowlers would like and provide several ideas with the proposed costs.

 

Association Manual & By-Laws

This committee will be responsible for establishing the association’s manual of operation and also to update it along with any and all changes to the By-Laws.

Finance

This committee will be responsible for providing a proposed budget and an end of the year Audit.

​

Hall of Fame

This committee will be responsible for collecting any and all applications submitted by bowlers for person or persons who meet the eligible requirements for this prestigious award. They will also submit a proposed suggestion of the application requirements to the board for approval.

​

Historian

This committee will be responsible for collecting and maintaining all history of the association.

​

Lane Certification

This committee will consist of all board members and will provide the certifications on all the centers lanes every year as required by USBC.

​

Nominating

This committee will be responsible for providing an application that will list all the requirements designated for the board and will post the said nominees to the general membership no less than 21 days before the association’s annual meeting.

​

Proprietor Liaison

This committee will be responsible for any and all communication with the proprietors of all our centers. All board should be involved with this committee.

​

Publicity/IT

This committee will be responsible for gathering any and all information to provide our bowlers/members with all the business of this association. Whether by email, website, face book functions, etc.

​

Scholarship

This committee will be responsible for providing an application for deserving individuals for our award. This application must be approved by the board. This committee will also see to it that all schools have access to this application.

​

Tournaments

State Men, State Women, CEZBA, Southeast, Youth, and any other tournaments that the board deems necessary. The entire board will be on this committee along with auxiliary members.

Ways & Means

This committee will consist of the entire board researching ideas for fundraising. 

 

BVL

A USBC fundraiser usually conducted in the fall of the season.
